RETURN POLICY

FREE 15-Day Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Our new return policy makes it easy and simple to shop with ample time to make a decision!

SIMPLE Terms & Conditions:

With Konfidenz’s 15-day return policy, there are no special catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:

• You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Return shipping is absolutely FREE.

Collection & Return Processing:

One of our friendly Konfidenz drivers or shipping partners will pick up your purchase FREE of charge. Once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 15 business days. 

Customer can cancel their order within 3 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If items purchased are not per your order or are damaged when you receive them, we will gladly handle all collection and shipments straight from your doorstep for FREE.

Purchases using Cash on Delivery will be refunded via Bank Transfer or Direct debit to your bank account. 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
